Banff having a Bear Problem: Ban on Mountain Bikers and Dogs

Banff, Alberta: Canadian Press reported today that Banff is having a ‘bear’ of a problem this summer. With mountain biking banned as well as dogs the mountain seems to be a little bit quieter.
